Details of Disappearance: Troy was last seen at an convenient store in Red Springs, NC. He was seen getting into a black vehicle with more than one person in the car. Troy had expressed to his father earlier that evening that he was concerned for his safety. Jacobs’s 1993 Toyota Camry with the license plate number YZF-4849 has never been recovered. His case is unsolved and foul play is suspected. Troy has not been seen since. All searches for him have been unsuccessful.
