Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: Caucasian male. Some missing teeth in the upper front and bottom. Raymond has significant scars on the left side of his body, under his arm and on his chest, also on his left leg above his knee due to being electrocuted and had to have skin grafts. He also has a metal plate and screws in his lower left leg below the knee due to an accident that shattered his leg so badly that he was in a wheelchair for 4 years.
Details of Disappearance: He was going to a funeral on April 14th and he argued with his girlfriend beforehand, she stayed home and told him to stay with his mother in Farmington, he got into an argument with his mother and jumped out of the car while it was moving. That’s the last time ever saw him.
