Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars,Marks,Tattoos: Caucasian male. Abdominal scar,large mole on back,one of his thumbs scarred from being nearly cut off, curled in pinky finger on right hand/tendon contraction.
Details of Disappearance: Newton was last seen on 08/21/12. His vehicle 2000 Dodge Van, white in color was located the next day in Okeechobee Florida. He has not been seen or heard from. His case remains unsolved.
