Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: Caucasian female. Walks with a limp, due to polio. Jacobs’s right foot is slightly bent inward, and she walks with a distinct limp. Her ears are pierced.
Details of Disappearance: Kimberly Day Jacobs was seen by her husband at their Diamond Head apartment at about 6:15.pm. After that was seen by a neighbor outside of the apartment building, walking Mauka. Kimberly’s loved ones stated it’s uncharacteristic of her to leave without warning. She left behind all her belongings, including her purse, car keys, passport, cellular phone, credit cards and cash. Her husband of three years has cooperated with the investigation and was ruled out as a suspect.
There is no evidence of foul play in Jacobs’s disappearance, but her case remains unsolved. She was declared legally dead in 2013.
