Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: African American male. Tattoo on back shoulder that said “Dub” with a Mickey Mouse.
Details of Disappearance: Jermaine was last seen being shot and placed into a vehicle. The guy who shot him is convicted of murder and serving a life sentence, but we still have never found Jermaine.
