I AM ONE – TERRANCE WILLIAMS – NAPLES, FLORIDA
Forty-three-year-old Terrance Williams has been missing since January 12, 2004 from Naples, Florida. Terrance was last seen in by Corporal Steven Henry Calkins who claims he stopped him on the road during a traffic stop. Terrance was driving a white Cadillac, which was having engine problems. He did not have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and was driving with an expired vehicle registration who belonged to someone else. Terrance could have been potentially cited for six moving violations however, Calkins says he did not cite Terrance for anything. Calkins stated that he dropped him off at a Circle K convenience store in the vicinity of Wiggins Pass Road and US 41. Calkins stated that Terrance told him he worked at the convenience store.
A Circle K employee stated that she saw both Terrance and Corporal Calkins that morning. She stated that Calkins used the restroom and Terrance filled a container with gasoline and left the store alone.
Calkins later stated that he left Terrance at the store but returned to the Cadillac to have it towed. Calkins also said he called the Circle K store and discovered that Terrance did not work there. Calkins’ cellular phone records do not show a call being placed to the Circle K store and the store employees do not recall receiving a phone call from Calkins either.
Calkins was also the last person to see another man, Felipe Santos, who disappeared in October of 2003. Felipe was in a minor car accident and Calkins reportedly gave him a ride to a Circle K convenience store also. Felipe was never been heard from again.
