The seminar offers expert training from a K9 imprint and a beginner level to advance recovery certification. The five day program helps build a solid foundation for handlers and their K9 partner advance to peak performance, offering tools to be or become a reliable resource to their respected state and fosters a positive working relationship among all those who aid in missing person search efforts. - Currently this program has hosted participants from more than 35 states
- HRD seminar began in November of 2015 hosted by Community United Effort (CUE)
- This program is open to any state for an annual training purpose and AWDA K9 certification in various disciplines
- To date 11/2023 this program has nationally certified 304 cadaver K9 units (land and air scent), shoreline and 46 cadaver K9 units on water
