Known as “Little Dee,” Delwin Locklear vanished from a wooded area near his home in Maxton, North Carolina on July 7, 2004. Although several searches have been conducted in the area, nothing has been found, no evidence or clues about where he may be.
Delwin was 27 at the time of his disappearance, had a goatee and possibly a diamond stud earring and two gold rope necklaces. He may have also been carrying two wallets, one black and one brown. It’s not known what the contents may have held.
He is a Native American of the Lumbee tribe and has a tattoo on his upper right arm with the word “Lumbee” along with a tattoo of praying hands on the inside of his left wrist.
