Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: Caucasian male. Donald has a scar running from his left cheek under his throat across to his jaw bone. On his right arm he has a cow skull tattoo with barb wire on each side but not all the way around. On his left shoulder blade he has a green leprechaun. He also has been shot in the leg, it went in his shin and came out the top of his left foot.
Details of Disappearance: Donald’s friend was at his house and he said Donnie was going to ride up the road about 20 minutes away, two interstate ramps away and never came back. No one seen or heard from him since.
