Details of Disappearance: David A. Kallenberger, 47, from Lafayette, Ind. was reported missing on March 28, 2016. David left Lafayette on March 15 to go to Florida to meet up with his girlfriend. In his possession was a Co2 gun, knife, laptop phone,Harley Davidson jacket. Teal and white Dyna low rider Harley Davidson motorcycle. He was riding his motorcycle when it broke down on I-65 B near the 86-mile marker in Johnson County, reports KC Online. A trooper spotted him alongside the road and David told the trooper he had help coming. The trooper, on his patrol, came back around a few hours later and found David’s motorcycle but not him. The trooper decided to have the motorcycle towed to a lot. David’s sister doesn’t believe he would have left his expensive motorcycle unattended on the interstate. The last voice mail he left for her was strange: he said didn’t know what was going on but he was being set up, said something about having a gun and killing himself, said there was a truck backing up, and then said, “Oh, my God. Kim, I’ll have to call you back.” David has not been seen since.
