Missing: March 19, 2004
Age at disappearance: 17
Date Of Birth: 10/08/86
Height: 5′ 4″
Weight: 105-118 lbs.
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Hazel

Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: Caucasian female. Brianna has a faint scar extending from her left eyebrow to her forehead. Her left nostril is pierced; she wore a small ring or stud in it at the time of her disappearance. She wears contact lenses, but they were left behind when she vanished. Brianna’s nicknames are Bri and B.

Details of Disappearance: Brianna was last seen at her dishwashing job at the Black Lantern Inn in Montgomery, Vermont, between 11:20 p.m. and midnight on March 19, 2004. Her coworkers asked her to have dinner with them, but she declined because she was tired and had to get up early to go her second job as a waitress in St. Albans, Vermont. She left work and was supposed to go home to where she lived with a friend in Sheldon, Vermont. She never arrived and her friend assumed she had moved back in with her parents and brother in East Franklin, Vermont. The friend called Brianna’s parents on March 23 and found out she wasn’t there, and reported her missing. Two of Brianna’s uncashed paychecks were on the front seat of the car. She also left behind all her clothing, her medicine, driver’s license, her makeup, and her contact lenses. Some of her belongings were strewn on the ground in front of the car. A woman’s fleece jacket was found in a field near Brianna’s car, but it apparently did not belong to her.
The Oldsmobile had sustained minor damage; it had apparently backed into the building and punctured a hole in the wall. Investigators later came to believe the accident may have been staged. A photograph of the vehicle as it was found is posted with this case summary.

Hair: Brown

Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: Caucasian female child. Nickname is Gracie.

Details of Disappearance: Gracie and her mother, Grace Marie Canto Reapp, disappeared from their residence on Hanley Lane in rural Jericho, Vermont on June 6, 1978. They lived on a ten-acre plot.
Grace allegedly left a note stating that she and Gracie were leaving their home voluntarily and had no plans to return. Neither of them has been heard from again. Grace’s husband, Michael Eugene Reapp, reported his wife and daughter missing to the Vermont State Police on June 11, 1978, five days later.
Investigators reclassified Grace and Gracie’s disappearances as homicides in 1996 and questioned Michael once again about any knowledge he may have had regarding the cases. Michael fled from his Florida home alone in late 1996 upon learning about the continuing investigation. His truck was discovered abandoned at an airport in New Orleans, Louisiana in December 1996; he has never been seen again. Authorities are searching for Michael as a person of interest, in order to continue questioning him regarding Grace and Gracie’s cases.Police have returned to the Jericho property 14 times since 1978, and employed ground penetration radar and conducted three digs between 1996 and 2000 at the Jericho homestead where the Reapp family once lived.

Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: Caucasian female. Scar on abdomen.

Details of Disappearance: Grace disappeared under suspicious circumstances with her daughter, Gracie Noel Reapp on June 6, 1978 from her residence located on Hanley Lane, Jericho, Vermont. Her husband, Michael Reapp, reported them missing on June 11. He filed for divorce from Grace on June 16, citing desertion and intolerable severity. Grace and Michael have two older sons, both of whom were in elementary school at the time.
