Distinguishing Characteristics: Well-nourished. Slight bump on nose. He did have side burns and some scruffy short facial hair. 8 cm vertical scar on left front knee. Near his body was a black nylon gym bag containing a package of “Pure” brand cigarettes, a mickey bottle of Peach Schnapps, and a mickey bottle of Southern Comfort. Laid on top of the bag was a pair of nylon winter gloves.

Clothing: He was found wearing a red Misty Mountain Waterproof Men’s jacket with folded hood under the collar, size XL, a green Pathfinder pants by Kodiak, size 44×31, black Carroll Reed Collections, sweatpants, size L, a “1897” black leather belt, Weather Spirits Thinsulate insulation work boots, size 10, and a black hoodie.

Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown hair, about 4 inches long. Healed fractures to the forth and sixth ribs on left side that occurred within three years prior to death. Tattoo on the left forearm of a cross with lines radiating from each quadrant. No clothing or jewelry found at the scene.

Distinguishing Characteristics: Skull Only: The skull was analyzed and it was unable to scientifically determine the sex. Based on the skull, a drawing was done to try to determine what the person may have looked like.

Distinguishing Characteristics: She had extensive dental work, and later in life, had received poor dental care. The victim had been involved in some sort of traumatic event, possibly from an automobile accident before she died. She had a fractured jaw that was wired together, the fracture was healed and the wiring should have been removed. There was also a healed fracture to the left temple area that was indented, and this should have been noticed by anyone who had seen her. The victim’s left ribs were fractured, as well.

Case History: The victim was found near Edmonds and Sorter Drive on October 12, 1999 in Kansas City, Kansas. Only the skull and some ribs of this victim were found.

Deceased had short, grey head and facial hair. he was wearing black tennis shoes; blue jeans; blue striped shirt; grayish-blue flannel shirt; a ball cap with a palm tree and the word “GALVESTON” on it.

Case History:
The victim was located in the 2500 block of Central City Boulevard, about 30 feet south of the Calvary Cemetery, in Galveston, Texas on January 26/27, 2006. This area is known to be used by transient and homeless people as a place to sleep. It appears the decedent had a camp site there.

On February 26, 2007, this man was brought by the Chicago Police Department to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to that, he was living at the Salvation Army Homeless Shelter in Chicago.
He does have a history of arrests with the Chicago Police Department. Case workers are hoping to find someone that is looking for him to help ascertain his identity.

Police have released a photograph of items found along with the human remains discovered in a barrel in a wooded area of Kansas City, Kansas, May 07,2010.

Investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying the woman, whose body was found inside a barrel by tree trimmers working in an isolated area along North 51st Terrace. The picture released shows a beaded necklace and three distinctive rings: one gold or a white metal band and two that were white or silver metal.

The Wyandotte County Coroner’s Office said the woman was either white or of mixed race. They said she was 5 feet 5 inches tall and between 20 and 40 years old. Officials said the body had been in the barrel for years, and likely died sometime between 1996 and five to six years ago.

The woman had some dental work done in the form of fillings, officials said. Police said they believe she was wearing a dark brown wig at the time of her death, along with what appeared to be clear-colored artificial fingernails.
