Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: Caucasian female. Sabrina has braces on her teeth, and one of her ears is pierced. Sabrina is mildly mentally disabled; she has the mental capacity of a fourteen-year-old.

Details of Disappearance: Sabrina was last seen at a swimming hole at Eagley Park in western Erie County, Pennsylvania on June 24, 2002. She was in the company of a David Sherman Heck at the time. A photograph of Heck is posted with this case summary. He is a friend of Sabrina’s live-in boyfriend.

While she and Heck were swimming, there was apparently a confrontation with Heck’s ex-girlfriend. Heck and Sabrina went to the Tasty Twist ice cream stand and he called the police. A state trooper accompanied them back to Eagley Park, where Heck gave his ex-girlfriend a pair of pants that belonged to her, then he and Sabrina left again. Weight: 172
Hair: Brown/Gray

Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: Caucasian Male.

Details of Disappearance: Ray was last seen Friday, April 15, 2005, in Bellefonte, PA and possibly in Lewisburg, PA. His vehicle, a red and white 2004 Mini Cooper was found in Lewisburg, PA, approximately 60 miles from Bellefonte, PA. and the Penn State University main campus at State College, PA. His cell phone was found inside. Ray’s last known communication was a phone call stating he was, “on 192 and wouldn’t make it back to take care of Honey”. Honey is the family dog.

There has been no activity on Ray’s credit cards or bank accounts. At the time of his disappearance, Ray was the District Attorney for Centre County. On July 30, 2005, Ray’s county-issued laptop was discovered by two fishermen in the Susquehanna River. The laptop’s hard drive had been removed, according to Bellefonte Police Chief Duane Dixon, and there is no way of telling how long the computer had been in the water. It was found under the state Route 45 bridge in Lewisburg, within walking distance from where the Mini Cooper was found. The hard drive to his computer was found in October 2005, and police are currently attempting to retrieve information from it via the FBI. It was located near the same bridge as the laptop, pressed into the riverbank. A reported sighting with accompanying photographs was later ruled out as being Gricar.
