Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: Caucasian male. Tattoos on back and left shoulder.

Details of Disappearance: Joe Lee, of Arizona, borrowed a vehicle from a friend on 6/1/13 and was to return it that evening. The friend reported Joe and his truck missing the following day. Someone found the abandoned truck on private property south of Epping/Springbrook Dam on farmland in North Dakota. His boots and socks were found 200 yards from the vehicle next to the creek. The creek was searched by a rescue dive team and a sonar robot as well as cadaver dogs and nothing was found.

Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: Caucasian female.

Details of Disappearance: Reachelle was last seen at approximately 1:00 AM on May 17th,2006, at her home in Minot, North Dakota. Reachelle lived with her Aunt who was also her guardian. When Reachelle was found to be missing the next morning, the Aunt’s roommate stated that Reachelle would be spending a few days with his mother, with whom Reachelle had a grandmother-type relationship. On May 22nd, the Aunt called in a missing persons report after she found her roommate missing, along with her van. The roommate was later found dead in the van, by an apparent suicide, at the Upper Souris National Wildlife Refuge northwest of Minot. Reachelle was not inside the van. Extensive searches for Reachelle have yielded no clues.

Investigators are uncertain what happened to Reachelle, but they do not believe she is still alive. Cowen is still the only suspect in her disappearance. She is missing under suspicious circumstances and her case remains unsolved.
