Details of Disappearance: Terkessa was last seen in North Little Rock, Arkansas on January 10, 2014. She has never been heard from again. Another African American woman, Shequenia Burnett, disappeared from North Little Rock on the same day. In December 2015, one of her legs was found floating in the Arkansas River; the rest of the body is missing. The two women had known each other since their youth and were friends, and both of them had a history of drug use, but authorities aren’t sure whether the two cases are connected. Wallace’s family believes she may have traveled to Texas after her disappearance. It’s uncharacteristic of her to leave without warning.
Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: Caucasian female. Clark has previously fractured her pelvis and her lower left leg. She has scars on her forehead and across the bridge of her nose, and a Cesarean section scar on her abdomen.

Details of Disappearance: Clark was last seen by her ex-husband in Little Rock, Arkansas on March 4, 1987. Although they were divorced, they still lived together. Her ex-husband stated he saw her getting into a taxi. She was enroute to Fayetteville, Arkansas but never arrived there, and there is no record of her cab fare. She has never been heard from again. Clark enjoyed traveling in 1987 and would make visits, sometimes unannounced, to Memphis, Tennessee; Hot Springs, Texas; Oklahoma; and elsewhere in Arkansas. Authorities have found no indication of foul play in her disappearance, but her son believes her disappearance is suspicious because she never picked up the Social Security checks that were her only source of income. According to Clark’s son, she was the victim of domestic violence for much of her life. She was declared legally dead five years after she was last seen. Her case remains unsolved.

Eyes: Brown

Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: Caucasian male. Small mole on his cheek close to his nose. A cyst on his calf. Water on the knee. Dentals: Available

Details of Disappearance: Allen has been missing from Fort Smith, Arkansas since October of 1978, when a friend dropped him at the mall. He was staying with friends nearby in Cedarville around the time of his disappearance. His family was told that he had traveled to Hartshorne, Oklahoma to go to a restaurant/motel and was last seen there. One police report indicates that when officers went to a residence in Hartshorne, two persons believed to be Tony and a friend escaped through a window on foot. Details are few because of a tornado in 1996 that destroyed archival records on Allen’s case. Details were pieced together when the case was reopened in 2004 at the request of Allen’s family.
Tony was extremely independent, but still very close to his family. It was very out of character for him not to call or stay in touch. Foul play is possible.
