Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: Caucasian male. Bill has a tattoo across his back shoulders saying LANGE with scorpions on each side. He also has scars from welding along his arms.
Details of Disappearance: Bill talked to his daughter from work that morning, saying he would see her when he got off. She called him around 4-5 pm and his phone went right to voicemail and he never made it home. He has not been seen or heard from since.
