Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: Caucasian male. Robert has a tattoo on his left inner forearm of a cross with a banner that says “Only God can judge me” He also has an abdominal hernia.
Details of Disappearance: Robert was seen on February 28th by a New Mexico State Police during a traffic stop, then on March 19 his car was abandoned on I-40 Eastbound near Gallup, New Mexico. Robert has been on foot since then and last seen in Glendora California.
