Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: Caucasian male. Sebastian has freckles on top left side of his lip. Two or three moles on the side of his neck.
Details of Disappearance: Sebastian went to Strike & Spare with his mom and afterwards they went to Texas Roadhouse to eat. He is seen of Ring footage taking out the trash when they get home. His Mom heard a thud in his room around 11pm and yelled up at him and he responded, she never checked on him. Sebastian has not been seen or heard from since. Sebastian has autism.
