He has a tear drop under his right eye, dice with a joker on the right side of his neck, the letters FTW across his throat with a tracheotomy scar that was placed there at birth. He has the name Diane on the back of his neck, he has a set of praying hands on his chest, he has tattoos on his right forearm and upper arm he has a faint tattoo of a Playboy bunny on one arm.
Details of Disappearance: Lucky was going to North Carolina to renew his tag. His ex wife spoke to him on the 22nd of August, he said he was staying in a motel. His cell phone was broken when she tried calling his room the line was busy all day. She called her daughter and asked her to check on him and when she went the next morning to check on him, he and his truck were gone. He was seen on the ATM footage in Georgia and was seen arguing with 2 men in the parking lot of Sam’s Club. No one has seen or heard from him since.
