Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: Caucasian male. Russell has one tattoo- right lower forearm- says Shangrila black ink. He has a scar- left side horseshoe scar starting at top front hairline continuing to back of scalp and coming around to above left ear.
Details of Disappearance: Russell Moses and dog Charlie was last seen when he pulled up at a house on LeGrand St. Cheraw, South Carolina with his friend. Russell and his friend appear to have words. Russell puts on backpack and computer bag, grabs blanket and grocery bag. Russell leashes up his dog Charlie and they walk down the street and vanish.
