Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: African American female. Diamond’s physical condition causes her to walk with a limp due to a bowed leg and she will often walk with one arm in a bent position. Diamond has a very obvious dental appearance, with misaligned teeth.
Details of Disappearance: At the time of her disappearance, 21 yr old Diamond Bynum was residing with her father and stepmother in Gary Indiana. On the morning of July 25th, 2015, Diamond Bynum, her stepmother and Diamond’s 2 yr old nephew , King Walker, took a nap between 9:00- 10:00am. When Diamond’s stepmother woke up around 11am, both Diamond and 2 yr old King, were nowhere to be found. Diamond is diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome, which results in delayed development, and constant food cravings. Diamond has the mental capacity of a 7 yr old child, and cannot fend for herself, or 2 yr old King Walker. No new tips or leads have been presented in the case.
