Details of Disappearance: Patrick was last see at the home of Rick and Melinda Gidden on May 10th. Patrick has been occasionally staying in their shed. On May 10th, Patrick called Rick asking if he could come down and stay to which Rick said yes. When Patrick arrived at Ricks he was driving his maroon Ford station wagon. After talking to Rick, Patrick was said to have returned to the shed to go to sleep. Shortly after Patrick returned into the house to ask Rick for a gun. Rick questioned why Patrick needed a gun to which he claimed there where 9 people shooting guns next door and he needed it for protection. Rick went outside to check what was going on and found no one in sight nor had heard any shots. Rick told Patrick, he could not have a gun and to get some rest. Patrick headed to the shed. The next morning Rick got up around 4 am for work and Patrick’s car was gone as well as Patrick. The night of May 10th around 10-11 pm was the last time Patrick was seen. His car was located on June 5/6. Patrick has known the Gidden family since he was 10 or 11 years old. Patrick’s wallet containing his bank card and I.D. were found in his car along with his meds he picked up on May 6th. When my husband was talking to Patrick on May 6th he told him he was thinking about moving to Arkansas or Florida to have a fresh start. On May 10th, my husband received a text message from Patrick asking him to tell me Happy Mother’s Day. His cell phone nor bank account have been used since May 10th. His cell phone was not recovered with the car. It is not like Patrick to go off the grid for this long and have no interaction with any of his friends or family including his 11 year old son. No social media usage.
