Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: Caucasian female. Nickname: Tabby. An angel on her right arm, a scroll on her left arm, a butterfly in between her shoulders and a rose on her ankle. C-section scar on abdomen and a small scar on her nose.
Details of Disappearance: Tabitha was last seen at a friends home in WestPoint, Alabama. She was then picked up by an adult male acquaintance and driven to Hueytown. The adult male stated that he dropped her off, went to do errands and when he returned to pick her up, she was gone. She has never been heard from again. Police stated there’s no evidence of foul play in Franklin’s case, but her family is concerned for her safety, as it’s uncharacteristic of her to leave without warning. Franklin left behind three children. Her case remains unsolved.
