Details of Disappearance: William went missing after he filed a report with Petersburg Police about being robbed. He told a friend he was heading up to Waynesboro to see a friend and borrow money and he thought he was being followed and decided to go a different way. A woman called from a blocked number and said she heard he and a friend had been shot in the chest, arm and hand.
