Rudy has multiple tattoos, including the words, “Benitez” tattooed across his abdomen, “Angel” tattooed on his upper left arm, and “Kina” tattooed across his left pectoral. Rudy was last thought to be wearing a polo type collared shirt with horizontal stripes, and sneakers.
Details of Disappearance: Rudy was last seen getting into a truck (possibly a green dodge Ram) with an acquaintance and has not been seen or heard from since.
