The CUE Center for Missing Persons was established in 1994 but it was the case of a beautiful young woman named Peggy Carr that brought nationwide recognition to the organization for it's work. Peggy was abducted/car jacked by two men on a crime spree in broad daylight and over seven months later and after hundreds on intense searches, her remains were recovered in a remote area of Bladen County, NC. This case is considered by all who are a part of the organization, past and present; the landmark case.
