Hey Monica,

I just wanted to send another thank you for allowing me to be a part of the conference. That was a wonderful experience that I will never forget. I hope that our story shed some light and hope towards all the families in need right now. I also want to give a special thank you to your staff. Everyone made us feel so welcome and like family and that really helped b/c you know I was terrified. I do want to give a extra thank you to Lori because what she did and said to me that weekend made a powerful impact on me. When you get a chance I would really appreciate if you could email me her contact info so I can personally thank her. I think I mentioned that I was working two jobs, but I'm really interested in how I can help in any way with ANYTHING you need. Please call me whenever,  of course you can email. Thank you so much again for the opportunity it meant the world to me. Take care and God Bless.

Sincerely, Winter

Monica,

I attended your conference this past weekend and came away emotionally exhausted and feel very empowered.  The conference was excellent it was very well organized with great speakers (both family members and professionals).  I found the break out sessions were very enlightening. You are truly blessed to have such a wonderful staff.  You all did such a great job and it is appreciated.  The food was also wonderful.  The candle light vigil was very touching and what a great tribute to all.

My granddaughter, Jessica, 16 yrs old was found strangled 0n June 1 2004 in an old abandoned house in Waterbury CT ( the case is still is still unsolved) and found myself connecting with Beverly Tallent,  in fact she and I had a brief conversation on Fri and had plans on continuing our discussion later. I find that in my search for answers I won’t take NO for an answer either like Beverly.

Could you pass along her email address or pass mine on to her ? I would really appreciate it.  THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE CONFERENCE

I’m attaching a photo of you up on the vehicle while you were capturing all of us on film.

 Hugs,  Elizabeth  Keyworth

Dear Monica:

I would like to say thank you very much for giving me the experience to be involved in such a wonderful, meaningful conference.  It really did add value to my life, having said that, it really did change my life.  I think you are doing a fabulous job in helping people. Everyone, including myself appreciates the things you do so much.

Congratulations for making such a difference in so many people.

I am very proud of you. I will also forward you the photo's of the 2008 Missing Persons National Round Table Conference.  If it is okay I would like to put the photo of us on my website. Have a great week!

Thank you again!  Diana P. Trepkov - Forensic Artist

Monica, Thank you for all the help.  Thank you for the time you spent talking to us.  It was really because of you that we did the search.  We had talked about it but really didn't want to do it. I didn't think we could do more than the experts had done.  It was also helpful speaking to you myself.  I really did believe it was suicide but every one kept telling me not to despair.  There was still a real possiblity that he disappeared in a manic state.  I was trying to believe that and that one day he's show up again.  After talking to you I could tell you knew it was suicide and I was prepared  and I believed we were going to find his body on Saturday.   I think because you believed it.  When the dust settles here and when I get a little money, I will send you a donation.  You were really a blessing and I'm so glad someone found you and gave us your information.  We were at a total loss of what to do next.  Thanks again.  Susan Douglas

Monica,               12/25/2007 8:40:14 PM

Just wanted to wish you and your family the merriest of Christmas’s and a very happy healthy new year! In many ways I wish that you and your organization had not come into my life and the life of my family, as perhaps that would mean that my sister Allison would still be here with us. But with things as they are I now consider you a part of my family. You have been there when I have called and needed you, and you have listened when no one else would, and you have always made me feel like you care when others have not. In short, your presence in my life has been a gift! A gift that in many ways I wish I did not receive. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and very soul for what you do, because you do make a difference. At those low moments and times of sadness and tension you even manage to make me laugh. Keep doing what you do, you are changing the world, you have certainly changed my life. May God Bless you and fill you with his love and presence always.

Peace friend, Lisa Valentino - Sister of Missing Person Allison Jackson Foy

Thank you, Monica and all your volunteers, for this wonderful, encouraging event. Your love, dedication and support is a tremendous blessing to my family and countless others. So happy that you had a fantastic tour and a safe return home. You all remain in our prayers and thanksgiving!

June 29, 2007

I received so many compliments for asking you to include Sikeston in your tour.  Most people including me didn't really understand the meaning of the tour until your involved in.  The families were most appreciative but the law enforcement and other officials were most happy that our area got involved.  I'm sure everybody has sung your priases during the tour but I wanted to make sure you knew how much we appreciate your efforts from a small town in South East Missouri. If there is ever anything that I or our unit can do to ever help with your effort please don't hesitate to let us know.

I do not know how I can assist you in your good work, but please contact me at any time. I now work 4 days per week, and live in Sneads Ferry, N.C., an hour from Wilmington. I have a boat, and know these waters quite well, and know the Cape Fear River and all the other waterways in Southeastern N.C.
I was a Mate, on Army Corps of Engineers vessels in Wilmington for over 21 years, until my retirement 2 weeks ago.
If I am able to help, I will, but I cannot commit myself to any scheduled meetings or other activities at this time, due to the nature of my new job in Jacksonville N.C. I might, however, have time during the weeks to donate to your cause.

Dear Monica & Staff,
I just want to commend you for all of the wonderful things you do to help the family and friends of those who are missing.  Molly Dattilo is the cousin of my friend and the comfort that you have offered their family is astounding!!  Being apart of your search, only makes me want to continue not only looking for Molly, but any other family that is searching for answers about a missing loved one.  Your time, dedication, and passion for what you do is an inspiration to me!  Thanks for not forgetting the lost!

This is a touching but wonderful sight. I was wondering was one of my former co-workers and her granddaughter found so I decided to go under missing persons in NC.  When I saw  her picture it brought tears to my eyes. just knowing that someone you use to be good friends with is missing is very heart breaking.

Just to let folks know this is a real organization.  I have done work for Monica, as has my unit, on several occasions.  Probably the reason that no one on this list has heard of her is that she, and her organization, does not "travel" in this circle.  Her group is an advocate for the family.  She is a resource for the family.  She organizes searches and coordinates volunteers on cases for the families.  THIS WOMAN DOES NOT STOP.  She will keep whittling away on cases for years after the `normal' search/LE world has given up on them.
People probably don't see her much since most of the cases she works are `cold' cases they are not longer in the media spotlight and have moved off the top of the list for LE and searchers.  The Indiana case was a year old.  New information has come out as a result of her search.  I firmly believe that the circle is closing in on the killer and that he will be found and put away.
The 5000 members is a listing of all the adjunct folks that help her and CUE.  There is no way that any one group can possibly have all the resources needed for every situation.  If she needs something special for a case she will find it.  I have sat in her house watching her make phone calls getting pilots/aircraft, operators/atv's, ground searchers, and base resources put together.
The list of people she utilizes for help is nothing short of amazing.  She works with the FBI and law enforcement of every level plus specialists in fields I never heard of before and almost every level of government.
One of her latest searches was for a missing diver in her area.  She coordinated the search for this man.  Hundreds turned out to help her. There were pilots with prop/jet aircraft as well as boat operators and jet skies to search the waters and coastline.  ATV's and ground searchers to work the shoreline.  Since he went missing in the ocean she spoke with the Coast Guard, oceanographers, drift specialists, salvage boat operators and boat captains who operate in the waters and know them.  I was awed at what she pulled together and fielded.
She does a lot of work that, frankly, the search folks and LE cannot afford or take the time or effort to do.  She does her homework.  Safety and having things done right is a requirement with her.  She has worked cases up and down the east coast and has had excellent success.  That quote by the sheriff of her county is accurate --- they can't afford to not use her.  She gets resources they can't and she gets things done.  Period.
She constantly gets tips and other information called in to her on cases.  Those she is working and ones she doesn't know about yet.   She takes copious notes on these calls and passes the info back to LE.  She doesn't take this info blindly but gets as much documentation and verification as she can so she is not being part of the problem by sending LE a bunch of `wild goose chase' information.  She is highly respected in her field and anyone who spends anytime in her company will soon realize it is not misplaced.

Hi Monica,

I am the mother of the missing girl on your website, Ashley Martinez, and I want to applaud your recognition! I feel it is so wonderful when all your efforts and help obtain recognition. You help so many people and their families through your support and all your effort, that you deserve all the recognition you can get, god bless you! All the missing and their families go on because of organizations and people just like you, we wouldn’t know what to do without it, you offer hope and light at the end of our tough journeys. I just wanted to let you know that, and with our own situation of Ashley missing, I can’t say often enough how much you are appreciated! This recognition couldn’t have happened to a better person and her organization. On behalf of Ashley and her family, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!!

"I want to say thank you for all the hard work that is done by the people that manage this site.  I also want to thank you for signing in my sisters guestbook on her site.  It is devastating to endure something like this when you have a missing loved one.  Organizations like yours pick up and take the ball when there is a missing adult. I have sadly discovered how one just hits brick walls when you cannot even get help from Law Enforcement and you have to hope and pray that eventually you will run across a compassionate officer that will care.  There is compassionate law enforcement out there...but it takes time and many phone calls to run across one that will finally talk with you and CARE about your loved one.  I finally found some peace in my heart when I found organizations like yours that were willing to give my sister time and love and to place her somewhere to say to me-- "even though she is an adult she is still missing and deserves to be found." THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR VERY KIND HELP AND EVERYTHING YOU DO.

Monica,
I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your help.  You have given our family hope of finding Molly that we did not have before.  I do tell everyone how wonderful you are and how much you have helped us.  I am very hopeful that your search in Indy will give us some answers.

Thanks again, Celestra

Monica:

My name is Al Dattilo, one of Molly's older brothers.  I would just like to thank you so much for all you have enabled to occur with Molly's search.  I was so excited when I heard about the June search.  I am really close to Molly and I sure think she deserves the best.  Thank you so much for advocating her.  I will be praying that your efforts will yield the results we have all been hoping for.

 Sincerely, Al Dattilo

Monica,

Why I haven't written to you is beyond me... You are a wonderful person and I want to Thank You and all of the CUE Center for all that you did for our family in NC. I speak of the conference to everyone I know.  The training was beyond words.  Meeting others that I have only written to was priceless. I am very proud to have met you and been able to be a part of the conference. Some much was accomplished, yet wasn't even noticed until days later when it all sank it.

I just want to say,      THANK  YOU  !!  for who you are and I you do!

I am a private investigator/retired detective on the Summer Ship missing case just wanted to say thanks for all your support and if you need any help in Missouri let me know! 816 920-3052.

Volunteers,
I cannot say that I know what you are feeling, because it must be different----no one has walked in your shoes, I don't mean to sound like all those people that don't know what it feels like to be you or me. I am in a stage of awareness that scares me, because I feel there is no reason for others NOT to know what I feel inside and I so want them to understand, but I can only do so much. My mother's (disappearance), who was abducted in Dec, 2004, is so HIGH PROFILE in Kansas City, for FOUR MONTHS !!! I am keeping her story in the PUBLIC-EYE! Montel Williams will feature my Mothers disappearance along with 4 other 'Vanished' stories on April 19. I  have learned the basics on the website and I will soon be able to link your site to mine. I want you to know that I want to make changes in so many ways because I am all too aware of the lack of awareness of Missing Adults

Hello,

I just wanted to tell those that were at the conference, that it was a pleasure to meet you all. The conference was more than I expected. Monica and her crew at CUE did an excellent job of putting this conference on. All the training was very informative and a learning experience. It was fast paced but well worth it.

Donny Brown

Monica,

Wanted you to know that we really enjoyed the conference. We stayed a few extra days @ Wrightsville Beach afterward. Once again, thank you for allowing us to be a part of the event

Jill & Judy Bennett

Monica,
Thanks again to you and your staff for an excellent day of information sharing, learning and networking
at the CUE Conference.  Well done !
All the best,
Jim Viola

Dear Monica and Cue Center Volunteers:

What you have done for so many is more than expected, I am sure. The hope you gave everyone cannot be measured. It is worth millions to us all. The connections made will extend well into the future. Thanks for all you did. Your contribution is long lasting. Thanks for your time and your amazing gift!

Is there anyway, I can get the names and email addresses of all attendees so I can contact them about future stories, concerts etc... I would have done all of that myself at the conference, but? we taped until 230 am. No surprise to you...sleep deprived and all. I know you are sending out a book with all the info, so maybe that will give me what I need. Some of them I need right away though as we have events in their areas? Catch up on your sleep ya'll.

Thanks to Bill for running me around and to Selina for showing me a picture of the sweet Bitsy.

Thanks again for all you do for me and for so many!  Jannel      Hello, to Jon the Foot Massager.

Great Conference!... I believe much was accomplished, and many new friendships were formed.. I know these things are never easy to organize, but you did it in grand style.. ;-On a personal note, I appreciate your knowledge and understanding of law enforcement. God bless you - keep up the good work.

Hi Monica,       4/4/2004

I want to thank you and your staff so very much for putting on such a wonderful event to get the ball rolling to get something more for the persons and families that give so much. I was numb going into this event, meaning I didn't really know what to expect being on the other side of the fence to this need. I have acquired a website name www.allvoicesheard.com and will be working with Jim and a few that I met at the conference to put together a National Portal for all to go to and to get the topics and environments that were discussed in the conference. When I started in the Identification on the pro-active side there was not a lot of focus on what we could accomplish on our own. Our biggest obstacle is getting people to understand the importance of why you need to be prepared. I now have a focus. Helping all of you build a network, which is what I am good at. I believe that if I can get my name out there more with all of you, I will have more resources and funds to get this rolling in a big way so that we will make people understand the importance of what you all do endlessly and with passion. I want to offer my services to put on next years conference in Las Vegas with as many people we can get out there and do it in a big way.

Thank you  Jeremiah Hutchins  Safe Kids Card, Inc.

4/3/2005

I want to once again thank you and yours for being treated with such respect. I am walking a little higher just from being at the conference. Meeting the other families made a connection in my heart. We, the families, that do not know where our precious loved ones are, have a different look in our eyes. Making that eye contact is powerful! Sharing our stories is necessary. Touching one another's hearts is crucial to our survival. And you made that possible. sarah teague

Dear Monica,

It is with deep love, respect and admiration that we send you this heartfelt message of our gratitude for you and for Cue Center.
How can a family adequately convey appreciation for the efforts of an individual and organization who never asks for anything, but continues
to give selflessly and consistently to us and more importantly to my
brother, Kent.

On The Road to Remember 2005 will never be forgotten by Kent's family and I'm sure I am joined in that sentiment by the other families you
featured during your journey.  You took Kent's story to places it had not been heard and as a result we received feedback that would not
have been provided otherwise.

Thank You so very much for your  exhaustive efforts, for always being there, and for being the voice for Kent and other missing throughout
the country. When our energy waned to think of what to do for Kent's 3 yr disappearance date, your suggestion of the Road to Remember Tour was
an answer to our prayers. You are a godsend and we know that your efforts will be reward a thousand fold.

With Love and Respect, The Jacobs Family "Keep What Touches Your Soul"  JJ

Dear Monica, Selina & Bill too,

 Thank You from Fred Murray

So many people have selflessly and enthusiastically given of themselves and their time that if force of will were enough by itself, then Maura would have been back with us many months ago.  When people ask me if there is anything that they can do, I tell them that I know they would already have done it if there were.  Your universally overwhelming support is a striking demonstration yet again of the inherent goodness of people.  You can sense my gratitude, but I want your “thank you” to come to you when look in the mirror and see reflected a person who, by choice, interrupted his or her life to try to help another human being in trouble.  If there is any worthier motivation than that, we’d all be hard pressed to name what it is.

In Deep Appreciation,

RE: (H.R. #3524, The Audrey Lyn Nerenberg Act)

Dear Members of Congress,

I am writing this letter to you all today asking for your assistance for an act that I feel is deeply needed by all our communities. The above referenced bill is something that would assist the families and police forces involved with a mentally impaired adult who becomes “missing”. The title of this bill originates from a young woman named, Audrey Lyn Nerenberg who vanished from Brooklyn, New York at age 18 in 1977. Audrey was a diagnosed Schizophrenic, with a mentality of a child, leaving her family to worry and wonder what happened on that day some 27 years later. If this bill were to be passed, it would alert police of the situation with the mentally impaired adult, and upon confirmation with a doctor’s note that this person is mentally impaired, it would put into action the same assistance given in child abductions/disappearances. The mentally impaired adult would receive a NCIC# IMMEDIATELY from the Police, which would entitle them to be listed in NCMEC and have many services that are beneficial to those persons who have disappeared. There are so many people who become missing each year. What is even more troubling is when the person who is missing, is an adult but with special needs who depends on the assistance of others. This bill can help these people who are unable to understand danger, and it could possibly help locate them safe. The first few hours after a disappearance is the most crucial time to help recover anyone who is missing. Please consider this bill and sign on as a cosponsor if you can. Think about what you would do if one of your children was not capable of handling a life-threatening situation, and what you would want available for you in a crisis situation.  I appreciate your time and thank you for your consideration even if you need to call - write me for further information.

Sincerely, Milton Nerenberg

First I wish to say Happy Holidays to all, and you families, may be safe and blessed. Lately we have listened to the talks of War and peace. We have felt the pain of our friends, family, die with in the trappings of war. We watch as drug makers are taking the very pain relievers we use from the shelves. We hope that a cure will be found. We pray or give offerings to those we believe in hopes and thanks. We.. We came from all place, are all colors and cultures… We also need to remember those who a missing. A few years ago right before I became ill, I became involved in a group called Cue. Cue helps find Missing children and adults. It took two of my daughters school friends to come up missing and a child from the city near Burgaw to get me to understand how many people here at home become missing each year. So well I spoke to Monica on the phone and asked how could I help? From that point on she sends me emails to pass on. See even those of us who may be home bound, or afraid to voice in public we still have a way to help, and that taking now of a CUE announcement,
